Please read all policies prior to booking an appointment
To secure your desired slot, please make a non-refundable deposit of $15 within 12hr after booking with us. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is made.
For nails with design, prices will be quoted before your appointment. No bargaining is allowed.
Please be punctual for your appointment.
Rescheduling must be made at least 3 days before your appointment.
At most 1 companion allowed.
Please check your nails before leaving. There will be additional charges to re-fix your nails.
Do note that I have a medium sized dog at home. If you are scared of dogs, please let me know in advance so that I can put her away before you come! Please don’t be scared if she barks, she’s just excited to see a visitor :)
Please make payment for the deposit via PAYNOW to 81231416 (ZhiQi) after you have confirmed with me on the appointment date and timing. After making the deposit, kindly screenshot and send us the receipt.Remaining balance can be paid via Bank transfer, Paynow, Googlepay or cash at the end of the appointment.*Deposit will be forfeited in any of these cases:
- Client does not show up for the appointment
- Client is late for more than 15 minutes for the appointment
- Client cancels the appointment regardless of the reason
- Client reschedules the appointment without giving at least 3 days notice.
- Client reschedules for the second time / reschedule is more than 6 months from original appointment date
